CNC TURNING CENTERS (5)
We maintain 5 Okuma and Femco CNC Lathes for bar, chucking and shaft work. For long bar work (to 14 foot) we can handle bars to 2" diameter. For short bars (6 foot) we can handle bars to 4" diameter. Chuck sizes range from 8" to 16", enabling us to machine parts to 22" diameter and turning lengths to 40". All machines have automatic live centers, and a complete tooling inventory is maintained for all standard CNC machining operations including spade drilling and in-cycle broaching.
CNC MACHINING CENTERS (3)
Haas and Femco 4-Axis CNC Machining Centers with an extensive tooling and fixturing. Machining envelope is 40 x 20 x 20" with overhead crane service for difficult to handle / heavy workpieces.
MANUAL LATHES (5)
LeBlond/Makino manual lathes handle work to 12" Dia x 80" long. All have a normal compliment of attachments, chucks and tool holders.
MANUAL MILLS (4)
Bridgeport manual mills with digital readouts and power feed units. All are complete with vises, dividing heads indexers and rotary tables.
DEBURR EQUIPMENT
Sand / Bead blaster and both tumbling and vibratory deburring / edge conditioning machines. MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT Saws, Hydraulic Press, Arbor Press, Welding Equipment and Tool / Cutter Grinders and support equipment.
SUBCONTRACTING AND OUTSIDE SERVICES
We maintain a vendor network of approved sources for Material, Heat Treating, Non-Destructive Testing (Hardness, Tensile, Dye-Pen, Mag-Particle, etc.), plating / coating and gage calibration.
INSPECTION EQUIPMENT
Electronic Height Gages, Optical Comparator, full inspection and working gages, Hardness Tester and all needed gaging standards. All gages are regularly to maintain accuracy.
CAD/CAM & DESIGN SOFTWARE
3D CAD/CAM, GibbsCAM, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and MasterCAM including all required file translators make it simple to handle customer's electronic files.
COMPUTER NETWORK
Complete Job Management System, including customized routing and scheduling with Bar Code entry. Quotation and Scheduling software enables fast response and complete job tracking.
