We offer complete prototype and production machining services. Whether you want new product machined from bar stock, billets or castings; you have a component that needs modification; or you have something that needs to be repaired; we have the ability to handle it for you.
We regularly reverse engineer existing components in order to duplicate or repair them. We work with customers to develop a new part or to modify and existing part to upgrade its performance.
Being ISO 9001 compliant, we provide complete certifications and inspection reports on all products that we provide. We can supply documentation via computer files or as written hardcopy.
We maintain a complete set of suppliers for material, and can supply completed parts to virtually any material specification. Material testing and certifications are standard for those that require them.
We maintain qualified outside vendors for such things as heat treating, gun drilling of blanks, plating and engineered coatings, internal, external and centerless grinding and honing.
Our supply chain includes sources for both destructive and non-destructive testing, including magnetic-particle, PMI, dye-penetrant, hardness, ultrasonic and third-party dimensional inspection.
Our inspection department provides the full dimensional inspection and documentation. We provide complete third-party certifications and non-destructive testing to ensure complete product reliability. Material chemistry and heat numbers are also provided to ensure compliance to specification, making all material traceable to the source.
Gage calibration and internal inspection equipment are all maintained on a rigid schedule to ensure accuracy - all traceable to the National Bureau of Standards.
Our CNC Turning Centers can handle bar stock work to 2" diameter, short bar work to 4" diameter, and both OD and ID chucking to 22" diameter. Maximum turning length is 40". Overhead crane service is available for difficult to handle / heavy work pieces.
Our CNC 4-Axis Machining Centers have an extensive inventory of tooling, and our rotary tables go up to 12" diameter for larger parts. Overhead crane service is available for difficult to handle / heavy work pieces.
Our Manual Lathes handle work to 12" Dia x 80" long. All have a normal compliment of taper attachments, steady-rests, collets, chucks and tool holders.
Our Manual Mills all have digital readouts and power feed units. All are complete with vises, dividing heads, indexers and rotary tables.
For edge and surface conditioning and deburring we have sand / bead blaster equipment and both tumbling and vibratory deburring machines.
We also maintain a compliment of support equipment, including Saws, Hydraulic Press, Arbor Press, Welding Equipment and Tool / Cutter Grinders.
For design and programming we use GibbsCAM, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and MasterCAM. We are able to handle most customer’s electronic files to facilitate fast, accurate part production.Our entire facility is run on a Job Management System, including customized routing and scheduling, bar code entry, quotation and scheduling. All production records and customer certifications are maintained within our system and available to our customers.
